PT AKR Surabaya Land Corporindo, as part of AKR Land Development, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PT Tatamulia Nusantara Indah (TATA) to establish a partnership for the construction of the first tower of AKR Signature Gallery, One AKR Signature Gallery, in Surabaya on Saturday (August 12).
The MoU signing was carried out by AKR Land CEO Widijanto and PT TATA Vice President Director Iwan Adi Susanto, witnessed by AKR Group Founder Soegiarto Adikoesoemo.
“This MoU is a manifestation of the dreams of our stakeholders and the public’s trust in AKR Land,” said Soegiarto Adikoesoemo.
Widijanto added that the development of a tower must be inspired by cutting-edge innovation to create a high-quality lifestyle.
“That is why we have appointed TATA as the contractor we trust to meet our expectations—expectations shared by our stakeholders and the people of Surabaya,” Widijanto said.
One of the four towers in this superblock will feature a hotel operated by Hilton Worldwide, the world’s largest international hotel chain.
One AKR Signature Gallery, the first tower of AKR Signature Gallery with a SOHO (small office/home office) concept, is designed by world-class Australian architects Denton Corker Marshall.
This residential-commercial tower offers high flexibility with two layout options: loft (two floors) and suite (one floor).
