AKR Land presents a vibrant community festival titled “AKR Gem City Fest 2025” along Jalan Raya Manyar–Sembayat. Running from 18 July to 3 August 2025, the event offers a wide variety of entertainment rides, culinary stalls from Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and a lineup of popular dangdut performers who will take the main stage throughout the festival.
Dozens of MSME booths offer an assortment of food and beverages at affordable prices, accompanied by various amusement rides that visitors can enjoy.
The festival atmosphere becomes even more magical with sparkling lights and rows of dhamar kurung lantern ornaments, creating a warm and memorable experience for children and families. AKR Gem City Fest 2025 is open daily from 16:00 to 22:00 WIB.
Denny Andriyanto, Head of Sales & Marketing at AKR GEM City JIIPE Gresik, stated that the event aims to create a positive economic impact for local communities, especially MSME players. The company seeks to collaborate with all sectors to help improve economic welfare in the Gresik region.
“This event is designed to boost the local economy, especially for MSME players, because we want to embrace all elements of the community,” said Denny, Tuesday (22/7/2025).
Denny added that AKR Gem City Gresik remains open and ready to collaborate by providing opportunities for young people and community groups to organize empowerment, educational, health, cultural, and artistic activities within the area.
“We fully support communities and young people who want to host activities here. We also have the Damar Kurung Café on-site. Our principle is that AKR GEM City should bring a positive impact to the people of Gresik,” he explained.
He hopes that events like this will help AKR GEM City become more widely recognized among the people of Gresik, allowing the public to see that the AKR GEM City residential area is not exclusive to upper-middle-class communities but is open and enjoyable for all.
“Our hope is that the people of Gresik and surrounding areas become familiar with AKR Land’s development. Once they are familiar, we hope they will visit more often. We want the public to know that AKR is not only for elite residents but is accessible to all,” he added.
As additional information, the AKR Gem City Fest 2025 series will feature top dangdut singer Hilda KDI, who will perform during the event’s grand finale on 2 August 2025.
