Developers at AKR Land Development are optimistic that the property sector in Manado City, North Sulawesi Province (Sulut), will continue to grow.
“As we approach the end of 2017, the property sector is predicted to enter a take-off phase. This optimism is strengthened by Indonesia’s economic growth—especially in North Sulawesi—which remains on a positive track, as well as the massive ongoing infrastructure development,” said Ronald Siagian, National Head of Marketing Communication at PT AKR Land Development, in Manado, as quoted from Antara on Monday, November 6, 2017.
He stated that one of the areas experiencing extraordinary infrastructure development is Manado. The city received the award for Best City with an index score of 76.62 and Most Potential Infrastructure City with an index score of 81.36 at the Indonesia Attractiveness Award 2017.
Grand Kawanua International City (PT WPS) Marketing Communication Region III representative Ronald Ondang said that Manado’s selection as one of the winners of the Indonesia Attractiveness Award 2017 highlights the city’s strong potential to attract investors from various industries and business sectors, contributing to regional economic growth.
“The same potential can also be seen in the Grand Kawanua International City area in Manado. Built on 180 hectares of land, combining lifestyle and nature preservation with a luxurious, thematic, and elegant concept, Grand Kawanua International City has become a highly strategic development,” he explained.
Marcomm PR Staff member Ronald Tjhang said that AKR Land Development, as the developer of Grand Kawanua International City, will launch its newest product—Cluster Amethyst in the Kawanua Emerald City area—in November 2017.
The development offers innovative home types and concepts that are comfortable and secure, supported by comprehensive facilities such as a 5-star hotel, convention center, wedding chapel, golf course, shopping and entertainment centers including Transmart Carrefour, Transtudio Mini, Metro Department Store, and CGV Cinemas.
“This cluster is expected to sell out quickly and become a favorite among investors,” he added.
