Signing of Bank Mandiri Credit Facility for SOHO One Signature Gallery Development

SURABAYA, July 27th 2016. AKR Land Development and Bank Mandiri held a signing ceremony for credit facility agreement for SOHO One Signature Gallery.

The agreement was signed by Elisabeth R.T. Siahaan as Senior Vice President Corporate Banking III and Widijanto as CEO AKR Land, Gunawan Perajogo as Director of Finance AKR Land, and witnessed by Founder of AKR Land, Haryanto Adikoesoemo. The signing ceremony was a big step in One Signature Gallery development planned to be handed over to buyers by the end of 2018.

Bank Mandiri stated that their decision to support the financing for AKR Land are based on long term cooperation and good performance form by AKR Land.
