Haryanto Adikoesoemo is the Company’s President Director of the AKR Land Development and the AKR Business Group’s CEO since 1992 . He has completed the Executive Management Program from the prestigious Harvard Business School, US (1991-1993) and has a Bachelors of Sciences degree from the University of Bradford in the UK (1983).

Haryanto Adikoesoemo was awarded as Indonesia CEO of The Year by Bisnis Indonesia, in 2005 and as Entrepreneur of The Year 2008 by Ernst & Young. The award led him to represent Indonesia at an international forum in Monaco.

Graduated from University of Texas, Arlington-USA, in 1982.  Widijanto spent five years working in the United States. His achievement among others are OAK Lawn Mixed Use Developments (Dallas) and Detroit Piston Stadium with its capacity of 20,000 seating (Michigan).  The projects achieved American Institute of Architect Awards (AIA Awards). Since returning to Indonesia in 1987, Widijanto has been actively involved in several prominent property developers such as Duta Anggada Realty, Salim Group, Mulia Group.  

Currently, Widijanto’s high taste of architecture does fit as the partner of Haryanto Adikoesoemo. The two collaboratively work hand-in-hand promoting and developing AKR Land Development. 

Graduated from University of Portland, Oregon, USA (1983), Stanley Handawi, a mature, energetic and highly motivated civil engineer, understands the intricacies of property business.  Consistency is his strength as he is always in the realm of property since the onset of his career. He is now one of the prominent figures at AKR Land Development.   

Stanley has involved in various property projects such as, Chase Plaza, University of Indonesia, BNI 46 Tower, Nusa Dua Golf Resort and Novotel Manado Golf & Convention Center.

Stanley is indeed the most calculated figure in the company. His savoir-fair in the realm of property has unquestionably contributed to the AKR Land Development’s shining works.
